Q3: What is the lead time for sample requests?
A: For evaluation samples (no logo printing and designed decoration), we can deliver the sample in 1-3 days. For pre-production samples (with logo printing and designed decoration), it will take around 10 days.

Q4: What is the normal delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is usually within 30 working days for bulk orders.

Q5: What OEM services do you provide?

Q6: Can we pour the lipstick pigment into the lipstick tube directly?
A: The plastic will be damaged under high temperature, please pour the lipstick pigment under cold temperature with lipstick mold. Also, please clean the lipstick tube just by alcohol or ultraviolet radiation.

Q7: How can you ensure the quality?
